Shipping costs

PackShipping
2 bottles$9.99 (U.S.)
3 bottlesFree (U.S.)
6 bottlesFree (U.S.)

These are the figures shown on the seller's order page. The checkout collects a U.S. shipping address and shows the shipping line before you pay.

Delivery time

The seller does not publish a delivery estimate, dispatch location or carrier, and we will not invent one. Expect a confirmation email from BuyGoods after payment and watch for a shipping or tracking email afterwards. If nothing arrives within two weeks, or tracking stops updating for several days, email the support inbox with your order number.

Heat and damaged parcels

Gummies are sensitive to heat. If a parcel sits in a hot mailbox or delivery van, the gummies can soften and fuse. On arrival, check the seal and the gummies before opening further; if they are stuck in one mass, wet or smell sour, photograph the bottle and contact support rather than using it. Bring parcels indoors promptly in summer.

If the parcel is missing

  1. Check the tracking link and your spam folder for shipping emails.
  2. Ask neighbors and check any parcel locker or mail room.
  3. Email support with the order number, shipping address and tracking status.
  4. Keep every reply; the 60-day clock may still be running, so act early.

Outside the United States

This guide covers the U.S. offer. The order page describes U.S. shipping, and import rules for supplements differ by country, especially for high-dose vitamins. Check your local rules before ordering from abroad.

Give Gelagen a fair 60-day trial

Payment happens on the seller's BuyGoods checkout. Take two gummies a day as the label says, photograph your nails and hairline in the same light on day one, tell your doctor about the biotin before any blood test, and if the photos look the same around day 50, email the refund request while the window is open.
